Fee, Yates & Fee, PLLC continues a tradition of providing its clients skilled legal representation with zeal, integrity and sound, practical advice. Since 1905 when both the firm and Saint Lucie County were created, its lawyers have been significantly involved in many facets of the growth and advancement of the Treasure Coast and Central Heartland Regions. This depth of local knowledge and experience allows insightful, nuanced analysis and guidance for our clients in achieving their goals. It is our objective to create long-standing relationships with our clients, while providing them a superior legal product and quality service. The firm maintains a balanced transactional and litigation practice primarily within Florida’s Nineteenth Circuit, comprised of Indian River, Saint Lucie, Martin and Okeechobee Counties. Expanded regional services are provided to the Central Heartland counties of Highlands, Hardee, Glades, and Hendry.
The firm members’ engagement in the area’s legal, civic and cultural communities is broad and deep. Five firm members have gone on to serve as judges in what is now the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit, while another served as a Federal Magistrate for the Southern District of Florida. Firm members have served the area as mayors, city commissioners, state legislators, and county, state and federal prosecutors. Firm clients include county and municipal governments, agencies, and bodies corporate and politic. Since the firm’s inception, involvement in our communities’ cultural and philanthropic life has been an important part of the firm’s commitment to give back to our home. Firm members have and continue to serve as members and on the boards of numerous civic and benevolent organizations.

The firm maintains offices at 426 Avenue A in Ft. Pierce, FL, and at 400 NW 2nd Street in Okeechobee, FL. The offices are also occupied by the firm’s affiliate, Treasure Coast Title & Escrow, LLC, formerly known as Treasure Coast Abstract & Title Insurance Co.. The Firm’s history is the longest of any law firm of the Treasure Coast and Central Heartland Regions. The Firm’s long history has as its genesis banking in Fort Pierce. It commenced in 1905, the year St. Lucie County was created, when Fred Fee (Sr.) opened his law office, initially providing services to the commercial and banking interests of his father, Frank H. Fee, Director and CEO of the Bank of Fort Pierce, incorporated in 1893.
