Frank H. Fee, IV, “Hank” is a fourth generation attorney and a fifth generation resident of Fort Pierce, Florida, whose area of concentration includes complex real estate transactions and litigation. He is also the principal of Treasure Coast Title & Escrow, LLC, a family owned and operated title insurance agency that is one of the oldest on the Treasure Coast having its genesis in 1921 as St. Lucie Abstract & Title Insurance Co.
Hank has the honor of receiving and maintaining an “AV” rating by Martindale-Hubbell, the largest and most complete ratings registry of lawyers in the world. An “AV” rating is the highest rating issued by Martindale-Hubbell based on peer review. A considerable portion of Hank’s practice is devoted to real estate transactions and Probate matters. He has experience in every stage of the transactional process, from contract negotiation through financing documentation, to closing, including analysis and curing of title issues. Hank possesses extensive knowledge about documenting residential and commercial loan transactions.
An additional concentration of his practice is dedicated to representing institutional lenders and borrowers in all aspects of a mortgage foreclosure proceeding, which may include appointment of receiver’s, restructuring of debt, attendance at mediation and appearance in United States Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of Florida. Hank has extensive experience in the prosecution of complex foreclosure and collection matters having litigated hundreds of foreclosure cases throughout the Treasure Coast. Lenders he has represented in foreclosure matters include CenterState Bank, N.A., Seacoast National Bank; PNC Bank, First Southern Bank, N.A. and TD Bank, N.A. Other areas of his practice included Creditors Rights; Banking law; special assets litigation, loan workouts, loss mitigation; Estate Planning; and probate.
Hank was born in Fort Pierce, Florida, August 11, 1975 and admitted to bar on May 18, 2002, Florida. Education: Georgia Southern College (B.A., 1998); Florida Coastal School of Law (J.D., 2002). He is a current member of the Real Property and Probate Section of the Florida Bar and Attorneys Title Insurance Fund. Hank’s community involvement includes current service as Chairman of the Board for St. Anastasia School Endowment; President of Raintree Forest Property Owners Association, Inc; member of Fort Pierce Rotary; member of St. Lucie County Bar Association. Hank’s past service includes: alternate member of the Fort Pierce Civil Service of Appeals Board; alternate member of the Fort Pierce Board of Adjustments; and past Trustee of Fort Pierce Rotary.
