Frank H. Fee, III

Frank H. Fee, III was born in 1943 and has been a life long resident of Fort Pierce. He attended local public schools until 1959, and graduated from the Barlow School, Amenia, New York, with high honors in 1961. He graduated from Davidson College with honors in late 1964. Entering the U.S. Army as a First Lieutenant of Air Defense Artillery, he commanded a guided missile nuclear warheading detachment until 1967.

He graduated with honors from the University of Florida College of Law in 1969. In law school, he was a member of Phi Delta Phi, Phi Kappa Phi and admitted to the Order of the Coif. He served as Executive Editor and as Managing Editor of the University of Florida Law Review, 1968-69, and authored “Conclusive Presumptions of Property Value Under Florida’s Statutory Foreclosure Procedure,” 20 University of Florida law Review, 1968; and “Abandoned Property: Title to Treasure Recovered in Florida’s Territorial Waters,” 21 University of Florida Law Review, 1969.

E. Clayton Yates, “Clay”

Clayton Yates, “Clay” was born in Fort Pierce in 1957. His practice areas include business and real estate litigation, consumer class actions and criminal defense.

Clay attended local schools, then Woodward Academy, College Park, GA, until entering the early admission program at Indian River State College.  He attained a bachelor’s degree at Stetson University in DeLand in 1979.  After completing Stetson, he worked as an all lines insurance adjuster for G.A.B. Business Services, Inc. in Cocoa, Florida and St. Thomas, U.S.V.I. until 1981 when he entered Stetson’s law school in Gulfport, Florida.

Frank H. Fee, IV, “Hank” is a fourth generation attorney and a lifelong resident of Fort Pierce, Florida whose area of concentration includes complex real estate transactions and litigation.  He is also the principal of Treasure Coast Title & Escrow, LLC, a family owned and operated title insurance agency that is one of the oldest on the Treasure Coast having its genesis in 1921 as St. Lucie Abstract & Title Insurance Co.
